MATERIALS.
-300gr large squid, cut in a circular ring shape.
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2cm ginger puree
-1/2 ground pepper
-eggs
-salt to taste.

- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
How to cook
-Season the squid with garlic, ginger, pepper powder and salt. Knead briefly, let stand for 1 hour. Let the flavors infuse perfectly.
-Beat the egg, dip the squid into the beaten egg, then roll it into the flour mixture until it is evenly coated. Pinch the flour so that the squid looks pretty.
-Heat the oil in a pan, fry the squid until cooked.(not too long so it's not tough). Remove then drain and serve.
